This policy explains how subscription payments, cancellations, and refunds work for SmartBahi.
1. Subscriptions
SmartBahi offers a free plan and paid plans billed monthly. Paid features stay active for the period you have paid for.
2. Cancellation
You can cancel auto-renewal at any time from the app or website. Cancellation stops future charges; your current plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for.
3. Refunds
Subscription payments are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started, since the plan is made available immediately. If you were charged in error or faced a verified technical issue that prevented access, contact us and we will review your case.
4. How to Request
Email info@arthonix.com with your registered mobile number, the payment date, and a short description. We aim to respond within 5–7 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
