What is Smart Bahi?

Smart Bahi is a digital bahi-khata. It lets you record credit and debit entries, track each customer's balance, make GST bills, manage stock, and send payment reminders — from your phone or the web.

Is it free?

Yes, you can start for free. Paid plans add higher daily limits and extra features; you only upgrade if you need them.

How do I log in?

You sign up with your mobile number and verify it with an OTP. After that you can log in with your mobile number and password on the app or the web dashboard.

Does my data sync between the app and the website?

Yes. Your ledger, customers, and bills are stored against your account, so the same records show up whether you use the Android app or sign in on the web.

Why does the app ask for SMS permission?

Only to auto-read the OTP when you verify your mobile number. We never read your personal messages or share SMS data. See our Privacy Policy for details.

How are payments handled?

Paid plans are billed through secure UPI / online payment. You can cancel auto-renewal anytime; your plan stays active until the period you've paid for ends.

How do I delete my account?

Email us from your registered account and we'll remove your account and associated data, subject to any records the law requires us to keep.
